How to get Service:

(1) In order to get humanitarian assistance in case of any kind of disaster, one has to apply through the people's representatives along with the Deputy Commissioner / Upazila Nirbahi Officer.

(2) The Deputy Commissioner / Upazila Nirbahi Officer verifies and sorts the applications received and provides grants as per the circular.

(3) All types of dirt roads / construction / development of various social institutions are implemented in accordance with the circular through the people's representatives.

(4) Bridge culverts are selected by the contractor in consultation with the public representatives and implemented through the contractor as per the circular.
